1. Basic Essentials

For Startups & Small Businesses with Low Transaction Volumes

Monthly Fee: from RM 600

Included Services:

  • Monthly bookkeeping for one entity1
  • Recording of income and expenses
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation for up to 2 accounts
  • Preparation of basic monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet)
  • Standard e-invoice processing and recording (up to 50 documents per month)
  • Email/WhatsApp support during business hours
  • Basic setup of accounting system (once-off)

Transaction-Based Add-ons (When exceeding the limits):

  • Additional bank/credit card account reconciliation: RM 100 per account per month
  • Additional e-invoice processing (over 50 documents/month): RM 2 per document

2. Growth Focused

For Growing SMEs with Moderate Transaction Volumes

Monthly Fee: from RM 1200

Included Services:

  • Monthly bookkeeping for one entity
  • Recording of income and expenses
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation for up to 4 accounts
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement)
  • Standard e-invoice processing and recording (up to 150 documents per month)
  • Basic sales/purchase reporting
  • Email/WhatsApp and limited phone support during business hours
  • Basic setup of accounting system (once-off), including integrations with e-invoice platform

Transaction-Based Add-ons (When exceeding the limits):

  • Additional bank/credit card account reconciliation: RM 100 per account per month
  • Additional e-invoice processing (over 150 documents/month): RM 1.50 per document
  • Payroll processing for up to 5 employees: RM 250 per month

3. Advanced Business

For Established SMEs with Higher Transaction Volumes & Complex Needs

Monthly Fee: from RM 2000

Included Services:

  • Monthly bookkeeping for one entity
  • Recording of income and expenses
  • Bank and credit card reconciliation for up to 6 accounts
  • Preparation of monthly financial reports (Profit & Loss, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement, AR/AP ageing)
  • Standard e-invoice processing and recording (up to 300 documents per month)
  • Sales/purchase analysis and reporting
  • Email/WhatsApp and priority phone support during business hours
  • Full accounting system setup, including integrations with e-invoice platform, payroll, inventory, etc. (once-off)
  • Payroll processing for up to 10 employees

Transaction-Based Add-ons (When exceeding the limits):

  • Additional bank/credit card account reconciliation: RM 100 per account per month
  • Additional e-invoice processing (over 300 documents/month): RM 1 per document
  • Payroll processing for over 10 employees: RM 50 per employee per month
